"Cabbage Acting the Roll of Volcano"
"CABBAGE IN THE ROLL OF VOLCANO" Finished Cabbage Artwork from the Cabbage Art & Scarf Invitational Kickstarter Project. This positively seething cabbage artwork apparently JUST HAD to come out today. I love it when that happens.

For other pixel painters, I used Camera 360, Tangle (several times), Percolator (several times), Big Photo, LOTS of iColorama (amazing app!) and the workhorse tools in Photoshop.

"Backlighting, Yes!"

Whereas the last artwork fought back and took forever, this one just flowed out. I love it when that happens!

For the Apps students, there's a lot of Camera 360, a bit of Percolator, some Tangle, and bits of a few others, and Photoshop to bring it together.

The Royal Court of Blue Whimsies
After finishing "Whitecaps", I decided that the little blue spot nearly in the middle would make a great eye, and I couldn't help myself, I just had to make some "Whimsies" with it. Among others, out came this royal court of characters.
Meet the King, Queen, Princess, (she even has a tiara!), the Court jester, and the Grand Vizier!

"Maleficent of the Cabbages!"
Here's one of the Cabbage "Whimsies". I get a kick out of making these, but they probably won't make it to the finals, so I'll post them here occasionally. This is "Maleficent of the Cabbages!"

Transformed photograph. I rarely work in such subdued colors, so this was a nice change of pace.

when Dick Tracy had to make do with a two-way wrist radio.
